Bill Lavender

Bill is well known in the driver training industry. He began his career began teaching people to drive in 1982 with the British School of Motoring (BSM). From 1985 he managed their driving instructor training in East London. Fifteen years later Bill became BSM’s national Learning Resource Controller.

It is difficult to think of areas of the driving school industry that Bill has not experienced, been involved in or left his stamp on. He is a published author of several driver training books and writes for industry publications.

Over the last ten years Bill has been teaching both routine and emergency driving to paramedics. Bill currently works for the London Ambulance Service as a driving tutor.
