Pass Plus Course

This is a DVSA approved post-test course” consisting of six hours in-car tuition. It is a practical training course that is most useful to new drivers who have just passed their test. Some insurance companies offer a discount on the premium, but not all.

Your instructor needs to be a Pass Plus registered Approved Driving Instructor (ADI) to teach you.

The six Pass Plus modules are driving:
1. in town
2. in all weathers
3. on rural roads
4. at night
5. on dual carriageways
6. on motorways

There is no additional test, though you will be assessed throughout the course. To pass you will have to reach the required standard in all modules.

Throughout your pre-test training we will have referred to the higher levels of the “Goals for Driver Education” (GDE) matrix. Past Plus is an opportunity to consolidate this training.

Our driving school delivers practical lessons mainly in the East London Boroughs of Waltham Forest, Redbridge and Havering. Our lesson times are weekdays between 8am and 7pm, Saturday mornings 8am until 1pm. We also run lessons on occasional Sundays.
